To cancel or reschedule your session at our dance studio, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right not to cancel or reschedule a session if we are given notice any later than 24 hours.

COVID-19 Exception - If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 or receive a positive test result less than 24 hours before your booking, then we will refund or reschedule your session.

Multibuy Refunds - There is a 14 days cooling-off period in which you can have a multibuy price plan refunded. However, you waive your right to a cooling-off period if you make a booking within this time. Once the cooling-off period has ended, price plans are non-refundable.
