Service Description
Use of Wildcat Studio and its air track for one hour. NEW ENTRY SYSTEM! Please check your emails on the day of your booking. We will send you a door entry code specific to that day. Pack down of the air track must be done BEFORE the end of your hire period. This takes about 20 minutes, including set up time. Please purchase another session if you need more time on the track.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right not to cancel or reschedule a session if we are given notice any later than 24 hours. COVID-19 Exception - If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 or receive a positive test result less than 24 hours before your booking, then we will refund or reschedule your session. Multibuy Refunds - There is a 14 days cooling-off period in which you can have a multibuy price plan refunded. However, you waive your right to a cooling-off period if you make a booking within this time. Once the cooling-off period has ended, price plans are non-refundable.
